E-commerce in transition
In 2023, e-commerce sales in Germany amounted to around 80 billion euros, with the previous year's figure around 12% higher - the main reason given for this trend is a lower willingness to spend.
Adapted strategies are therefore required to stay on the ball. We can help you.

Case: Electric Mobility
Walberg Urban Electrics
Amid the legalisation of electric scooters in 2019, the market and quality leading manufacturer understood the necessity of developing online shops with high conversion rates. The integration of marketing channels such as affiliate, SEM and re-targeting fostered significant growth in sales revenue. Plus, we were tasked with widening and deepening the product range, for example by spare parts.
Case: Die Höhle der Löwen (like Shark Tank)
Flexylot
The start-up Flexylot, well known from the German TV show “Die Höhle der Löwen”, needed an online shop the founding team would be able to manage intuitively. The shop is the first point of contact for online sales and the basis for the development of more channels such as search engine marketing. We also provided a clear presentation of the key figures and in-depth knowledge about the drivers of e-commerce.
Case: Gastronomy
Hygge
Hygge is an unusual restaurant with a bar in Hamburg, Germany. In addition to the regular gastronomic business, the digital channel “Take-Away” was set up so that customers can enjoy the exquisite food and drinks at home.
Case: Internationalisation
Sennheiser
After the successful optimisation for the German market, Sennheiser's online shop was rolled out in Europe and later on in other international markets. On top of that, a tracking system was set up and the marketing channels were completed and permanently optimised. This way sales revenues multiplied.
